The Job:

Positioned in Fairlight with grandstand views, it was decided the apartment should have a coastal feel so it was agreed to lay natural oak floorboards throughout with a soft white/off white coloured palette. As an investment property, we needed to provide not “over the top“ fixtures and fittings however good quality that wouldn’t date and allows for maximum return on investment.

Concrete cancer / magnesite was initially found throughout the apartment and this needed to be addressed immediately. S2F sourced a remedial builder who came on board super quickly and worked tirelessly to remove the magnesite. The renovation then took off and was completely in 4 weeks.

The Result:

A wonderful new and modern one bed apartment with jaw dropping views, warm and inviting oak floors, fresh white kitchen and a fully-tiled bathroom that was snapped up on its first open for inspection.
