Sometimes the interiors of new developments are not always to the purchasers’ ‘taste or liking’ so they need some creative input , ideas and help.
This jaw-dropping penthouse apartment had some interesting features that needed to be ‘re-worked’. New wallpaper was needed for the entire length of the main living and dining spaces. A gorgeous blue/grey Italian Casamance fabric was chosen as it worked in with the shimmering water views. The fabric also needed to complement my clients existing furniture. The existing curtains throughout the home needed to be replaced also.
A striking pendant light was found for the entrance staircase to replace the existing ‘mirror ball’, some additional joinery was built to house the family’s IT equipment with some new shelving and cabinetry unit around the home.
A designer residence with jaw-dropping views that sets the new benchmark for penthouse living on Manly’s waterfront.
