The Job:

Property needed a major build, with council approval. The property had an extremely large backyard so the home was extended out on the ground level to maximise living space, deck added together with a second storey. 10 month build.

The Result:

A superb family residence was created showcasing chocolate floors and white walls throughout. A stunning open plan living and dining space was created that flows seamlessly from the old cottage to the new providing the family with a wonderful family and entertaining area. A state-of-the art kitchen with island bench, 5 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms, a separate rumpus room and oversized deck for entertaining with pool and spa completed the picture. The build was within budget and on time!!
